Muffet & Louisa
Muffet & Louisa run a retail shop and a webstore. The shop ran on Lightspeed, the webstore ran beside it, and the two kept their own records. We moved both onto Shopify so they run as one business.
The move
Products, customers, and sales history came across from Lightspeed to Shopify. The register was rebuilt on Shopify POS, so inventory and orders stopped living in two systems.
The build
A storefront designed and built for the brand on Shopify’s Horizon architecture, with the catalogue restructured for how people actually shop it.
In store
Shopify POS at the counter, synced with the webstore. One catalogue, one customer list, one set of numbers at the end of the day.
