Kelley and Company have supplied equine retailers for more than twenty-five years, wholesale to the trade. Dealer ordering moved onto Shopify: every retailer signs in to their own account, sees dealer pricing, and orders on their payment terms.
The move
The catalogue, the dealer list, and wholesale pricing came across to Shopify. Each retailer orders through a company account that carries their pricing and their terms.
The dealer application
New retailers apply for a wholesale account on the storefront itself and get set up to order at dealer pricing. Of everything in the build, it is the piece the client calls out first.
Behind the storefront
Orders flow through to the warehouse that ships them, and stock levels stay in step with Faire, where Kelley also sell, so both channels draw on the same numbers.
